I have to share
with you this amazing video slide-show – old West Ukraine ! You can see a rural life of West
Ukrainian people from the area south of Ternopil: suburbs of the Kopychyntsi
and Zalishchyky cities. The pictures were taken in 1935, when Western Ukraine was a part of Poland :
Another historical video is reflecting a Jewish life in Lviv
in 1938. Watching this documentary, I would say that downtown of Lviv didn’t
change a lot since then. The same buildings, the same spirit and atmosphere –
trams, horse and buggies, markets on the streets… I love old Lviv!
